What Is Covered

• Polyethylene Tanks: 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
• Major Components: 3-year warranty (electrical components, brush motors, vacuum motors, transmissions) or up to 2,000 hours, whichever comes first
• Other Components: 1-year warranty
• Batteries & Chargers: 1-year pro-rated warranty when maintained according to manufacturer specifications
• Labour: 1-year coverage when serviced by an authorized Dustbane service center

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear items (including but not limited to belts, brushes, pads, filters, hoses, squeegee blades, seals, gaskets, rubber parts, cords, painted parts, springs)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by non-approved replacement parts or non-Dustbane batteries
• Freight charges, downtime, or loss of productivity
