What Is Covered

Tanks

TEN (10) YEARS warranty on all polyethylene rotationally molded tanks to be free from all cracks and/or corrosion. Replacement tanks are subject to model year and availability.

Parts

THREE (3) YEARS warranty on all equipment parts against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care.

Labour

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on labour based on Dustbane’s Labour Rates and equipment parts under normal use and care.

Electrical Components

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on electrical components under normal use and adequate storage methods.

Battery

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on equipment battery under normal use and care following the recommended charging procedures.

Charger

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on equipment charger under normal use and adequate storage methods.

Vac Motor and Transmission

THREE (3) YEARS OR UP TO 2000 HOURS warranty on vac motor and transmission under normal use and care.

Wheels and Casters

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on equipment wheels and casters under normal use and care.

What Is Not Covered

The following parts and/or accessories are exempt from the terms of this warranty:

• Rubber parts
• Electric cord
• Springs
• Painted parts
• Filters
• Squeegee
• Floor pads
• Gaskets
• Drive pad
• Nylon brush
• Battery cable
• Fuses
• Carbon brush
• Hoses
• Skirts

Warranty Claim Process

If a product or one of its parts qualifies for replacement or service during the warranty period, contact Dustbane Products Limited directly for further instructions on how to proceed. You will need the product model number, serial number and date of purchase. If proof of purchase is not available, the warranty period begins 1 month after the sale of the product to an authorized Dustbane distributor.

If the product is eligible, Dustbane Products Limited will send you a pre-paid shipping label for merchandise return. Upon receipt of the return, Dustbane may:

• ship a replacement
• contact you directly with information regarding the repair of the product
• issue a refund

Liability

Neither Dustbane Products Limited nor any authorized Dustbane distributor shall be liable for any claims or damages (including, but not limited to, consequential damage and loss of income) resulting from any failure of Dustbane equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Dustbane Products Limited is not responsible for claims or damages resulting from service delays while in performance of the obligations under this Warranty; nor for loss or damages while the product is in transit.

No Other Warranty Applies

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and there are no further conditions, warranties or representations (oral or written) except for those stated in this warranty.

Neither Dustbane Products Limited, any authorized Dustbane distributor, any salesperson or employees thereof, nor any other person is authorized to make any statement or representation concerning the obligations of Dustbane as to the new equipment unit purchased. Dustbane Products Limited will not assume any obligation made by any such statement unless otherwise stated within this warranty.

The purchaser upon purchasing any unit of Dustbane equipment accompanied by this warranty agrees to accept the protection provided and the limitations as being both sufficient and commercially reasonable.
